Defective LCD or User Error?
Hey all,
I just ordered/recieved a new Delvcam 5.6 LCD. I hooked it up to my PD170 using an RCA to mini cable, and then set the cam's display to V-OUT/LCD. I powered up the Delvcam, but there is no display at all...not even any shadowing when cranking up/down brightness and contrast controls. I also noticed that the screen flashes and then goes dark, but the power LED stays on. I think this may be a dumb question but...do you think this is a defective unit, or is my cable configuration at fault? Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

I think I found the problem...I found that if I pull the plug about half way out of the camera, the monitor works fine. Apparently, the cord I purchased is an audio cable (albeit with mono plug) and I need to get a cable intended for video signal.
