WD Western Digital TV: is there better?

Hello, unfortunately my Western Digital WD TV player is died and I have to
replace it with another one. Before I buy a new player I'd like to get your
advice given that I also have a 4K camera (my my projector is HD). But I don't think 4K is
important for my player (unless it reads both 4K and HD) because the 4K TVs have the 4k reader built inside.
Do you recommended to buy again Western Digital WD TV player or is there better?
thanks

Re: WD Western Digital TV: is there better?

They stopped support for the WDTV some years ago. I bought a Chromecast ($35) and have been thrilled. I don't know if it (or anything on the market) will do 4k.

Unfortunately I have read your reply too much late and I have bought WD Western Digital.
