Video Monitoring issues FC7 vs Premiere CS6

First off, New to DVINFO.net

Here is my situation. I have a MacPro Version 3,1 20 gigs of RAM and two 3.2GHz Quad Cores. I am running a Black Magic deck controller version 6.8.8. Today I installed a Nvidia Quadro 4000 graphics card.

Ok, In Final Cut 7 video from the timeline will play back to my HDTV monitor via HDMI just fine. I have tried HDV footage, GoPro Footage and 50mps 422 out of my PMW-200. All of it plays back smoothly on the TV monitor. However, in Premiere Pro CS6 it is EXTREMELY jerky and will not play back smooth on the HDTV. It does play back correctly if I push the footage to my 2nd Apple computer monitor instead. I tried the same three formats and they all play back poorly.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I need to look for? Any advice at all is appreciated.

Thanks
