Broadcast Monitor Setup To See Aliasing at DVinfo.net

As some know, I have a fairly decent setup for quality color correction and grading. However, I have just run into a problem with really bad aliasing and moire ONLY when played back through the TV channel. Everything from the recording (EX3 SxS) to the editing (Premiere CS5) to the encoded MPEG2 have no moire problems. I have an Eizo CG243W ($2000+) connected via DisplayPort to a Quadro FX3800 (full 10bit pipeline) as my main computer monitor with a 23" Dell as the 2nd computer monitor. I have a BlackMagic Decklink Extreme 3D for video I/O connected via HD-SDI to a Panasonic 1710w broadcast monitor and I edit 1080p footage in a 720p sequence for output to NTSC SD (720x480, 4:3, progressive).

Our broadcast server also has BM Decklink Extreme 3D cards but use Composite to output to Comcast (connecting to a Fibre tray which modulates and transmits directly to Comcast over fiber - this doesn't matter - its just for clarification). I have a SDI run into my editing bay from the server which I can connect to my Panasonic, but I have not checked to see if the moire problem shows through the SDI.

So....is it possible to set up my system so I can see what my video will look like when played through the server? I presume that I can use the Composite output from the Decklink card in my Z800 and connect it to my Panasonic for editing.

However, could there be an issue with the fact that the server plays out interlace, which would cause any aliasing or moire issues?
