Calibrating using HD SMPTE color bars

I have 2 Sony XDCAM PDW-F355L which of course didn't have the usual bars im used to seeing all this time. I've been searching high and low on the internet to no avail. Either i'm looking for the wrong thing or im blind. Is there a very straight forward guide that exists out there that shows the full process of calibrating using these multi bars? I have an upcoming shoot and would love to have these calibrated to my field monitors. Any help is greatly appreciated!

- Jonny

Is it possible to make a "Blue Only" image from the ARIB bars in Photoshop, for calibrating an LCD TV that doesn't have a Blue Only switch?

Perhaps this will help for non-blue-switch monitors?

this is amazing, the other day I was discussing with a co-worker saying they should make blue filter glasses for setting up color bars... I spoke too soon!
