Color Correction Monitor Help
Hey everyone,
I am looking to buy a monitor sufficient for color correction for a film shot in 720p on the HVX200A. We have a limited budget but realize that color correction done on a monitor without correct color accuracy would be a waste of time. I would appreciate any advice on the purchase of a relatively cheap monitor suitable for CC. Thanks! |

What software do you use for editing? Windows? Mac?

As well, it's more a factor of how the images GET to the monitor. Using a computer monitor hooked up through VGA or DVI isn't the solution - using an I/O solution that gets the images to the VIDEO monitor as VIDEO (HDMI, analog component, SDI...) is.
