Ideas for cheap monitor for editing

I realize from looking at a variety of posts that the best practice is to edit using a ntsc monitor (the camera is an NTSC Gl2). I also realize these things can get quite expensive. Can anyone recommend a decent cheap monitor and/or what I should look for in a monitor to help with editing?

Thanks in advance.
