Connecting my 7" Varizoom LCD to rods?

What is the best way to connect my 7" Varizoom LCD to my rods? The bottom of the LCD has a mount for a hot shoe, but I don't want to attach it to the top of my 5D. Any suggestions?

Zacuto makes this:
Zonitor Handheld Kit for 15mm rods or 19mm rods - Zacuto

I just got a Zacuto Cine kit set up and although it is VERY expensive, the stuff is rock solid and works like a charm. The monitor arm holds my NEBTEK 7" (w/ battery mounted on it) monitor without issue and I can VERY easily reset it to a new position.

HTH,

Jacques
