Calibrating iMac for DVD production
Planning to make my first DVDs to sell - lots of footage and the workflow gives a good quality. Have started to learn Apple Color - a great app with a strange interface. But how do I judge the colors? I have never done any calibration of the display, ColorSync is a mystery.
I just want my DVDs to have a fairly good color that seldom needs any changes on a very normal setup with a DVD player and a plasma/LCD-TV. iMac/Intel 17" Final Cut Studio |

OK, no answers for several hours :-)
So this is what I did: I keep my iMac in its default display setting and then I tried to set my Panasonic 42" as close to that as possible. Didnīt cost anything ... Just waiting to get the money for the proper gear. |
