Ikegami TM9-1 vs. JVC TM910 SU Production Monitor
I am looking to purchase a good field monitor. Unfortunately my budget is not enough to get the Sony PVM 5045Q. I am a bit undecided between the Ikegami and the JVC. Can anyone shed some light on these two monitors as far as which one is better? Here are the B&H links for both:

I own the Ikegami and use it as the reference monitor for my NLE setup as well as i the field on some occasions.
I am sure it is not as sharp as the SONY, but I've found it to be servicable. |
