PS1 LCD Monitor?
Hello there,
I was just at our local Target and noticed that they have 5" LCD Playstation One monitors on clearance for $60.00. Does anyone know how clear these things are? I was thinking about using it in place of a field monitor when I'm shooting. I use a XL1s and I've thought about getting one of those hot-shoe mountable LCD monitors, but if my wife even catches me looking at any more video equipment, I'm a dead man. :) http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html...sin=B00005QI2S Thanks, Leo |

I'd assume that's a computer monitor. You need an NTSC monitor to be able to check color accurately. But if you just want something for reference, if it will take a video input, it could work for you.

I've got that same monitor for my PS1. It's great for video games and will work fine as a reverence monitor. Picture quality isn't that great though.
