production monitor

so what are people using as a production monitor - either in the field, or in the studio? what's best to hook the HD10u up to??

i'm looking at the Sony PVM-14L5/1.

any thoughts?

I got a great deal from the ikegami website.

I bought the 2003D, which is 1080i only, but I plan to do most of my work in 1080i. The monitor sold for $20,800 and it was marked down slightly to $2,280.00. It was an inhouse demo. It competes with the Cinealta monitor which is also about $20K

They have some monitors that are reduced as much as 90% off.
