How To : TV as Monitor
Hi,
I have a used 19" HD Ready TV from Samsung.I wish to use it as my Editing Monitor.BTW ,i shoot in Panny SD100. And edit on MacBook Pro. Question: How s'ld i connect the 19' monitor (HDMI? AV? RCA?) with my editing software through MacBook Pro? Thanks!!! |

Best method would be a Matrox MXO. There should be countless blog postings and threads about it. If your monitor has HDMI then you just need a simple adapter to go from DVI to HDMI. Shouldn't be more than 20 dollars. DVI and HDMI are the same in this case so don't worry about quality loss.
