WARNING about BIGMUGSOFTWARE.COM!! HELP!!!
I recently bought MAGIC MONITOR from http://www.bigmugsoftware.com.
I was using a trial version then decided to buy it, but even with license provided it doesn't work and the company never answer my emails. Wrote many many times to sales@bigmugsoftware.com but no answer after 2 months... What do I do? I just want my money back! I'd love to find some solution... thanks |

Try support@bigmugsoftware.com instead.
I know if they aren't answering one email its unlikely they'd answer another but maybe your email is getting bounced for some reason, or something..it's worth a try.

With busted links, no site updates and no blog entries since the middle of last year, I think it's safe to say there's nobody home.
Contact your credit card company to dispute the charge and get your money back. And maybe be a little more suspicious next time. |

oh no... I was planning on purchasing monitor magic to use as waveform through my laptop... if bigmug is not trustworthy, is there another cheap alternative?
