SD 16:9 LCD PAL Field monitor with waveform display?
Hi there,
I'm looking for an SD LCD field monitor to go with my DVX100a. Ideally, I'd like something between 6-10 inches (diagonal) which can mount on the camera itself using a suitable arm. What I'd absolutely love is a monitor with a built-in waveform display. I use the waveform display on DVRack for sit-down interviews but DVRack isn't suitable for run-and-gun situations. As far as I can tell, LCD monitors with built-in waveform displays start at £4,000 which is, um, WAY over my budget. Ideally I'd like to spend no more than £300! Is it impossible to get a little monitor with built-in waveform display for my budget? Many thanks, Jack |

OK, if it's not possible to get a video & waveform display for £300, is it possible to get a portable waveform display for £300 (i.e. a device which only shows waveforms and doesn't show video)?
Many thanks, Jack |
