UWOL 61 - Along the Path - Paul Mailath
Hi, Here's my entry. As usual I came up with an idea early on and then left it till the last minute. It's just lucky I had a good resource close at hand. I took some stills at the time and put them on facebook and the response was very good so I'm now thinking about a new video/stills mix - a day on the path, starting as sunrise and ending at sunset.

Hi Paul,
That was a nice walk! And so much to see as your day pass by. I like the variety of shots and subjects. From the birds to flowers, to the tiny detail of the soft ground the birds walked on. Your VO is good and easy to understand for us "non-English speakers." Well done! |

Hi Paul, enjoyed watching. I like the way your video reminds us all to slow down and look at whats around us. Its times when you do this that you start to understand how much we are all, both fauna and flora, interconnected with each other. Well done.

Hi Paul, Nice movie you are delivering.
Often you forget to look properly, and just be present. So many nice birds and flowers, especially I noticed the insect under the petal at 1.23. The choice of music fits well with the film and your VO is perfect. Thank you for sharing this movie that gives us a reminder to see and be present. |

Paul, very well done. It was so soothing to not only watch but to listen. It would make a fantastic relaxation video. Good mix of waterfowl and flowers. You are so right about people getting in a hurry to get somewhere and passing by all the beauty nature has to offer. Loved your ending comment. Great entry. Bob
