Re: UWOL #24 - Birds - by Trond Saetre
Andrew,
Thank you for the comment. Simon, I agree. It is great for kids to interact with animals. Thank you for the feedback. I believe those birds will show up in future projects too. Geir Inge, I plan to make an extended "after uwol-feedback" version and include more close-ups later. And yes, the story was more limited than intended, especially because I got some audio hardware issues with my computer when I made the VO. That has been fixed now. Thanks for the feedback. |

Tronde,
I am so glad you put up a film for this challenge! I always like your videos. At 58 you have huge depth of field while focused on the close up swan. I was thinking that you might work at shortening your depth of field to further emphesize the close up subject and fuzzing out the back slightly. what beautiful birds! At 1:16 the shot of the sparrow is spectacular, so crystal and perfect color!!!! Very enjoyable and I think your smart sound music was quite suitable. Push that useless sign over some time!! dale

Thank you, Dale.
I will pay more attention to dof next time. I totally forgot about that in the shot you mentioned. |
