UWOL #15 Theme Announcement...Tweet Roar Squeak!

This is our last regular short challenge for the year, and we can't have our year come and go without focusing on our most popular topics.

Whether furry or feathered, cold-blooded or warm-blooded, insect, amphibian, or mammal - anything goes. From smallest to largest, complex to simple, under water or over land...

Show us who is crawling, flying, swimming, running, flopping, or sitting around being still in your corner of the world.

Your topic is: ANIMAL KINGDOM

Deadline: October 30, midnight anywhere in the world

Sweet theme. I just got back from the Jackson Hole Wildlife Film Festival and totally want to film a lot more wildlife.

Problem being, I don't have my camera I've used before. All I've got now is my point and shoot canon with 640x480 30fps auto iris and 4x optical zoom.

I am going to have to be very creative. That and really develop the content & story.

Well, strike that. Just took the plunge and got a used HVX200. Back in business.

Now the focus will have to be on not letting the camera get in the way of story. :-)
