The only way I could open and play this video on my Mac was by using VLC media player

Sam the mist rolling in over the lake is a eerie sight with the cut ins of the spider’s webs the pan pipes went well with the shots, but a tripod is a must.

I know a tripod should have been used, but, I like to tinker with equipment, and I had built myself a handle, to mount my Optura on, and this attached to a small tabletop tripod with a ball head.

It worked well for most of the trip, including my "Steadycam" stabilization trials, which I did alot of on this trip.
The tripod is on my chest, with the handle mounted to it, and Optura mounted to the handle.

What I had designed this for mostly, was to get low to the ground/water, to get macro and low level views, without the camera, getting the worst of it.

Lesson from you all, use the tripod next time.
I will have to grease up the Manfrotto, as it does not seem to like cool damp weather- it sticks- any help solving this would be apreciated, and give me sporting chance.

As others said, tripod, tripod tripod, but I think you´ve got the hint already?

Sorry, Sam - I meant to replace your Vimeo link but spaced it -- glad you replaced it, it is always fun to see the larger sizes.

Very pretty film! Agree with what others said about using a tripod for some of these shots, but the composition was very nice. It doesn't quite stand up to the theme without the added text of your thread, but it sure was a pleasure to watch.
