Gabrial,
I don't know how you can afford not to spend the 80 for the filter!! Up here that price is less than a tank of gas I use up in one day searching for critters to video. Problem with all of this equipment is deciding where the point of dimenishing return lies!! Usually if i buy cheap I get cheap!! Once in awhile there is an item that soars above its price in relation to quality. I always like to hear about such items when someone finds one!! So if you find this in filters i would love to hear about it. Yesterday I threw out a 2x multiplier I purchased several years back for a sony. A waste of money and i would not even give it to someone.

Haha, see, heres where the problem lies... I don't have a job and no one wants to higher me!
But I completely understand what you mean about what you pay is what you get. However, I think my Hoya 010 UV filter that I bought looks nice... It was only 24 dollars from B&H... I think it was worth buying, for now... Its also only a 27 mm filter, so it cost less then the big 72's or whatever. Thats sad that you would throw away the multiplier.. I have been looking for one, but it sounds like that one was not worth the purchase, eh? Thanks for the comments. ~Gabriel
