Welcome news for wildlife videographers
I'm not sure what the recent status of the permit requirement for videographers in national parks has been, but as of Jan. 22 2021, the rule has been officially struck down by a US District Court.

That is good news! I hope someone sues the FAA on the same grounds regarding their licensing requirements for commercial drone use.
