I imagine this is consider public domain since Nasa is government funded but I could be wrong. *edit* here's more detail terms of use http://eol.jsc.nasa.gov/Info/use.htm and when I'm referring to the footage straight from NASA and not the edited footage on vimeo with music, color correction, etc. |
