Re: Underwater Pier Dive
Very beautiful footage. The idea of documenting a pier in this way - instead of a virgin coral reef is very good.
Cons: I would love longer clips - right now too many and too short. Give these beautiful animals at least twice the time they have now. |

Re: Underwater Pier Dive
Hi
Thanks for your comments. Sorry been out on a live a board for a week, stay tuned for my next video. Shark Feeding :-) The footage was captured using a Sony HDV FX1 in a Amphibico Phenom underwater housing. It had a external 94 degree dome port on it. The clips on the DVD are longer, this is just a teaser for the DVD. Yep its a nice place there all right, I lived in Exmouth for 14 years but it was time to move on. |

Re: Underwater Pier Dive
What an amazing amount of life for one Pier. There is a great Pier dive here in the UK (Swanage), not quite the display this has mind you!

Re: Underwater Pier Dive
Hey Paul,
Really nice shots! That really is an amazing pier dive that's for sure! I spent a couple of weeks on Ningaloo station a couple of years ago, but unfortunately didn't do any diving while i was there, only fly fishing, but the fishing was amazing! So i presume this is just a teaser for your dvd of the pier dive. How long is the whole dvd? Thanks for sharing, Bryce
