"Shooting in the Wild"

I stumbled across a new book the other day called "Shooting in the Wild" by Chris Palmer, published by Sierra Club books. I'm about halfway through it and am enjoying it, so I thought I'd mention it here, as many of you might enjoy it as well. Palmer has been in the wildlife film business for a long time and offers fascinating information on everything from funding to shooting to post. He also spends time discussing the ethical considerations that can arise in dealing with animals in the wilderness- the conflicts that can exist between budget, schedule, and the well-being of the animals involved. This book is definitely worth a trip to the library.
