UW Housing for my older cameras
I own both a Canon XV2 (same as GL2/XM2) and a Sony DCR-HC1000. I'm looking for an underwater housing for either camera (in my price range) that will have the ability to control at least record/stop and manual focus (preferably a few more things), but am coming up blank. Ikelite used to have housings for both those models, but they don't anymore, and used ones don't even appear on auction sites. The Sony is compact enough to fit in some universal housings, but controls are limited. Ewa-Marine has a flexible housing for the Canon, but it's only rated to a depth of 33 ft (that's kinda surprising, because an Ewa-Marine shouldn't have any pressure buildup as long as I put enough air in it). Any suggestions?
