Dobromir of spatiawildlife.com (who was in mobile contact with me throughout) told me that: Eagle perched for 30 mins on ridge behind the hide; then circled over my head for 20 mins before landing. This 1 minute clip is culled from 12 minutes eagle spent checking out every movement & sound after landing, as you first see him, on lower ledge, before finally feeding on the bait for 25 mins. That's what I call cool. It reminds me of Dobromir's Bulgarian approach to meals ... he insists that conversation (observations if you like) comes first and what's more he's really good at that too ...
