any true fluid manfrotto heads?

Hi,

i'm using a sacthler dv 6 for my z1, but have a manfrotto monopod with a quick release. so to swap from tripod to monopod i swap plates. it's not a big deal but i'd still be willing to sacrifice my sacthler for a true fluid manfrotto so i don't have any fiddling about. but is there one? i had my eyes on the manfrotto 519 but don't think even this is truly fluid and free from sticktion.

(Alternatively are there any other monopod and tripod combinations that would allow me to go from one to the other without changing plates? and not costing the earth for a quick release system?)

Thanks

Have you thought of getting a couple quick release plates, put one on each and then you can go back and forth??

I know canon makes a good one.
