Quality service from Miller Tripods
Full marks to Miller Tripods,
I have a Miller DS10 head (2 1/2 years old) which started to creep back a fraction when ending a pan. Living close to the UK service centre I gave them a call at 4pm yesterday afternoon. I was asked if I could take it in straight away which I did. Collected 4.30pm today having been fully checked out, adjusted and the creeping rectified. Miller has a 3 year warranty here in the uk, but what impressed me most was the speed of service and friendly help that I recieved. Regards Mick |

Sometimes, service is the most important part of what a company provides. I am fiercely loyal to companies that provide good service.
