choosing legs ~

I've searched thru these posts and still have questions - and looked at the bogen website at all the different models of legs.

which leg sets are considered unsturdy?

and what features should I be looking for??

quick release "levers" instead of "wing nuts" on each leg?

no center post?

mid-level spreader?

and is a 100mm bowl better than a 75mm? why the difference?

and to clarify - the quick release plate has two parts? one attaches to the head and the other to the camera? are both supplied with the head, or need to buy seperately?

Thanks.
