Pro Vinten Tripod For Pd-150

Hi all,

I am just about to buy a Vinten Vision 3 with n*1 spring to use with a Sony Pd150. This is Vinten recommendation, has anyone worked with this combination and have any feed back on the subject ?

I use a heavier Vinten than the Vision 3 (I use a heavier camera). I was a confirmed Sachtler user for years, but Vinten has stolen my heart (and my wallet). It's and excellent head and should work very well for a long, long time. If you do much field work, I also recommend a mid-level spreader. The ground level spreader is too awkward for field use.
