What does "Miller 20" mean to you?

OK, someone is selling a tripod setup.

Apparently the only model number to be seen is on the head, which has: "Miller 20", also 10975 is on the head.. (perhaps a serial?)
Anyone familiar enough with miller to know what this might be?
Now I'm hoping it's the Miller DS-20 system.
I've searched and can find no other 'Miller 20' reference.
And the photographs I've seen seem to match those of the official Miller DS-20 system.

I'll be using it with my PD170. Any comments re appropriateness?

Really appreciate any feedback.

Anthony.
