Broken Tripod Leg Lock

Is there a fix for this? Either a replacement part or an accessory which serves the same purpose that snaps on?

I have a Sony VCT Tripod and the clip/snapping part on the tripod has broken. I don't think superglue would work due to the pressure needed to snap it back shut. Essentially the lowest 1/3rd of one leg won't lock so I can't have it at its highest setting. Search Google & B&H didn't see anything, but myb I'm not sure of the search terms, I figure there's gotta be a solution for this tho, aside from a new tripod. Thanks
