Best video head for video monopod
I'm Looking for some recommendations on a video head for the manfrotto/sirui P-424x styled video monopods for a fellow cinematographer.
I currently use a 701 head with my monopod, but it appears that that model is discontinued.

Re: Best video head for video monopod
I'm sure you know from research that it's been replaced with a new model: MVH500AH which just rolls off the tongue. LOL. The replacement is 100g heavier and it's probably larger too. Pity. The smaller size and weight made it a good head for traveling and monopod use. What camera are you putting on it?

Re: Best video head for video monopod
Thanks
I figured that was the replacement model. The monopod will be used with mostly with a Canon 5D and occasionally with a c100.

You could also look at the Benro S6 or S4 heads for a monopod setup.

Re: Best video head for video monopod
I own the S6 Head and I love everything about is besides the fact that it does not have drag pan control.
