Re: Storing/transporting fluid head tripod.

My old Arca-Swiss Ball Heads also had to be transported with the "Ball-Head Brake" loose. I learned the hard-way and arrived at a location shoot with an INOP ball-head, locked-up tighter than Kelsey's Nuts.

Re: Vertical Drag setting is locked up on FSB4

Hello, anyone still following this string? A google search pulled up this string. I just ready the manual on line for my FSB-4 head and I would not thing to set all adjustments to full drag and tighten rotational locks. But I have done any of this and just put the tri pod away in it's bag every time I used it with out changing settings. It's been about 4 years and now the vertical drag selector is locked up at setting No.1

Is there any way to fix this without sending it in for service?

Thanks
KPO
