Bogen sticks, which one?
BH is advertising two Bogen legs, both with the 503 head. I will be using the Canon XL-1s and soon the XL-2. The legs in question are the 3046 vs 3182. Any information would help. They are about the same price. Thanks, Bob

I do educational videos as well as wildlife. I need a strong sturdy set of legs. I like the cross brace of the 3460. Any thoughts?

I have the 3046 sticks and I love them. I shoot a lot of outdoor footage on uneven ground and I have never had a problem. (I use an XL2 on the 501 head.)

Well the tripod came the other day. I went with the Bogan tripod and the 503 head. WOW, talk about rock solid. It is a little heavier than I would like, but then again I am fed up with messing up a great shot due to the camera movement. A great combo. Bob
