Libec LS-38 too heavy for the HMC-150?

Hello,

I am looking at getting the LS-38 tripod from Libec. The load capacity is 9 to 17.8 pounds.

I would like to use the HMC-150 camcorder on it. It only weights about 4.5 pounds.

I realize Libec has smaller tripods for my weight range but I plan on buying a new camcorder by the end of next year which most likely will weigh more (10 pounds or so).

Anyone using the Libec LS-38 with the HMC-150?

If so, how is it working?

Thanks,

Simon
