What is the best Fluid head for marco work?

I'm shooting macro with my gl1.. Filming mostly ants and other small insects..
What tripod is best suited for this?

Problems During Marco Filming are:

1. Hand vibrations/jittery...
2. More vibration during change of direction... (i.e. panning right to left, then quickly left to right.)

Any Fluid head suggestions?

Thanks,

John

i have a gitzo g1380 fluid head that would probably suit this job well... i'm thinking you'll want a head with independently controllable pan/tilt drag that can move smoothly over very short distances... probably one with a little weight to it (in the area of 4 or 5 lbs).
