Lightweight Tripod

So I film primarily in the woods. Skiing and hiking for the most part, Im almost always on uneven ground and usually have to hike close to a mile or more just to get to my locations. Do any of you have a good idea for a tripod that is lightweight and will be able to take the abuse that comes with hiking through the woods. Unfortunatly im limeted by budget. Im thinking 400 as a max for a tripod/head system.

Thanks everyone

Have a look at the Manfrotto Tripod 718B
I use this one for travelling. Panning is tricky (no fluid head) but one big advantage it has a level so you can set your horizon straight without having to set the legs.
