The Libec 20 is not good for pans. Somewhat better for tilts.

When you loosen the pan lock to move the camera, the head then tilts (rocks) in all directions. Very bad design. I have two, they are both the same.

I consider the 20 to be only satisfactory for locking down and using no movement.

VX-1000, PD150 cameras.
