Dual Purpose Tripod
Hello All,
I'm looking for a tripod system that I can use for my Canon A1 and also for my Canon DSLR. This is not for a pro but rather prosumer. I do make some $$$ from my hobby but this rig would not have to produce professional results....nice if it did but I'm a realist when asking for such a dual system. Support weight for either camera/lens combo would be 10lbs max. I would bring this unit to shoots where I couldn't hand hold the camera the entire time....the A-1 or my Canon DSLR. This tripod/head system would require very little panning/tilt movement for my A1. And, practically no movement when I use my Canon still cameras. The stick system would have to be able to handle a head for video for my A-1 and a different head system for my Canon DSLR. This is a bit of a reach I'm sure as most are used to dedicated support systems for video and DSLR but I sort of need a beast that can be used for combo dual purposes. For any that care to respond to this unusual post...thank you in advance. I read posts regularly on this site and get a lot of good info here. Tx. |
