Cheap Tripod/Head combo?

I find myself frustrated with the $20 tripod I already own, and was considering picking up an $80 one, but if I'm dealing with video, what I -really- need is a video head and tripod.

The tripod is the -last- thing on my budget. The absolute last. I can shoot this film with the $20 tripod...

Buuuuuut...

What's the best bang-for-the-buck, CHEAP, tripod that you'd recommend for video?

The Sunpak Ultra 757. The link has a detailed description of my experience with it at full telephoto. As long as you don't tilt or shoot telephoto (over, say, 135mm), you should be fine.

Of course, you wont get a real fluid head at that price, but it should be a nice step up from your $20 plastic-pod.
