Which Libec?

Which head is better for me for my HD-110? I use it with 130mah Lithium battery, follow focus system (although NO matte boxes) and big PAG on camera light?
The Libec 38 or the 55?

Somebody can help me?

I'd go for the 55. It will give you some extra breathing room in case you do add a matte box, or move to a larger camera. Otherwise, for that camera setup, they're almost the same thing.

couldn't pass up a reply to a great Hungarian name like that!

I've got the 38 and it's great, the rating on both is very similar:

38 - 4 - 8k
55 - 4 - 10k

I guess it depends on the accessories but considering the camera weighs in at 3.1k you've got a lot of room.

the only significant difference I can see in the specs is the .5k extra weight in the 55

The 55 is a nice step up from the 38.
It not only holds more weight, but also offers selectable drag control.
IMHO the H55 is one of the true best buys out there.

I've used the HD110 on both the LS38 and LS55 tripod systems.
Much prefer the H55 head if you have added accessories (i.e mattebox, wireless mic etc) not to mention the added benefit of a 2-step drag system.

The LS38 is a robust system when shooting with cams like the XHA1 or HVRZ1U.
