DIY Website...
I've heard of Front Page by Mircosoft...
Can't remember the name but there's one called something like sixpack... Is there any good software programs that you can build your own website... one that you can turn a quicktime into a flash etc... Thanks |

Macromedia (Adobe) Studio MX
Includes: - Dreamweaver (great for HTM, ASP, PHP, and Java) - Fireworks (Even as a fairly accomplished Photoshop user, I prefer this tool for web image/interface design and creation) - Flash |

Since adobe purchased macromedia, exporting to a flash movie has gotten easier. In terms of the site, dreamweaver 8 is good (I would buy a really good DVD course on learning it tho)

I wouldn't go with Dreamweaver... I use it, but it is a pro product and much more complicated than you need to make your own simple site. Like sitting at an AVID suite to try to edit your home movies, when you don't know the system. It will get in your way.
Something like Frontpage will work better, and there must be some other similar products but I'm not that familiar with that end of the market. Good luck. |
