Frankenstein Meets the XL1
So what ever became of Daniel Kohl?
Frankenstein Meets the XL1 by Daniel Kohl Seeing as he made such a marvelous job of improving the Canon XL1 making it light years ahead of it's time, I wonder why he stopped. Since 2001 there have been zillions of cameras come on the market. Every camera that's hit the market has had its critics who have lamented the fact that it's not perfect and needs some improvement. Where have the Frankenstein's gone? Is there nobody now days prepared to step out to actually improve the current camera icon? You may well ask why don't I do it? I would. But I haven't got a hot glue gun. :)

Re: Frankenstein Meets the XL1
Hi Owen,
Looks like Daniel's most recent visit here was back in June 2011. Heck, that was "only" three and a half years ago. I'd love to get an update from him. Thanks for asking! |
