R.I.P. Stuart Freeborn, makeup artist for Star Wars, 2001, Dr. Strangelove
He brought Chewbacca and Yoda to life as well as those scrappy apes in "The Dawn of Man" sequence from 2001, and made Peter Sellars look like three completely different characters in Kubrick's Strangelove. He was 98(!).
