This one cost only 300 dollars!
I find it so hard to believe, but it seems it's true. This short 5-min film cost only 300 dollarsv and as I hear, the creator is now working for the big names. Ok, there is talent, but... 300 dollars? Unbelievable!

That's what a friend of mine who edits Dr Who said.
I guess it would depend on what he's counting as his production costs, but it's not a "real" figure if he's actually not including or factoring in the cost of the software, unless he works for a post house and then again it's not a realistic figure, only that he personally was out of pocket $300. |

He said on some blog that he spent $300 physically shooting the live action. Then, after the initial $300 he spent over a year dealing with the editing and visual effects. So the $300 is only initial shooting costs.
