Gargoyles
Just now watching the new movie Gargoyles on the SciFi channel. It is indeed rare when all the elements of a film - plot, dialog, photography, casting, acting, effects are so consistently horrible. What a classic! http://scifi.com/gargoyles/.
I think the orginal Gargoyles was far superior in every aspect http://imdb.com/title/tt0068622 |

Boyd- I thought the same about BOTH movies, that is, the new one is nowhere near as well done as the original 60's/70's movie.
The story was more believeable in the first, the effects in both were a bit lame, but the acting in the SciFi special was so awful! I thought it was a beginner's film, as in new producer/writer/director.

I was just a kid when the original came out. Even though it sorta looked like "guy-in-a-rubber-suit" I was still creeped out! ("Di-Anna!")
I switched the channle this time around. Jeff Patnaude |
