Shatner has a new album
I'm hooked on it. Especially Common People
Highlights: a duet with Henry Rollins, if you count shouting a duet. Give it a listen: http://www.shatnerhasbeen.com/ Includes interviews about most songs.

Funny!
That's really cool stuff...actually listenable. You have to admit that Shatner has a great sense of humor. He's type-cast a bit, but always plays with it instead of being mad. It makes him have more appeal overall.
Highlights - "You're gonna die!". Great lyrics! Also, "I can't get behind that!" - that's totally awesome! Murph

Shatner is allright with me. The Has Been song is perfect.
BTW, props to my homeboy Keith Loh for sending me the link.

Dude - this is awesome. Don't know what it is about Shatner, there's just something intriguing but funny but still interesting about the things he does.

I couldn't actually believe it when I heard it. I had no idea this was his second album. To be honest, the only thing that made me listen was the fact Henry Rollins stepped in for a song. After I heard the rest, I was actually impressed. Thanks for the link!

Thanks so much for sharing this. You just sold two cds for the man.
I loved his book, "Get A Life," just watched his new television show, laughed at his tv commercials with "Spock," and now another cd? Reminds me of one of his Star Trek lines: "...he'll be back..... But....from....where?" Thanks again, Dylan and Keith L. |
