AVCHD makes primetime on MythBusters
The MythBusters Alaskan Special finally shows how AVCHD looks on broadcast, specifically, Jamie's Video Diary camera for the Cabin Fever myth could be a HDR-SR7. While Adam's camera is a HDR-HC7 (which I proudly own).

I guess they also busted the myth that AVCHD wasn't good enough for broadcast?

Fair, they busted long ago the myth that HDV was not for broadcast!

Ya, Discovery airs Take Home Handyman which is shot on a Canon XL-H1.
