New LG Secret cell phone

5MP camera
120 frames per second video mode
Plays back DivX videos
Plays back YouTube videos
Motion Sensor gaming (That would be funny seeing someone constantly tilting their cell phone.)

Like many cell phones, it'll be a while until this reaches the U.S.

120fps?!?!

They're barely coming out with dedicated video cameras that can do that.

I'd be happy just to have a phone that does 30fps at 640x480p in a decent codec. My Blackjack records 10fps at 320x240 and compresses it to hell.

LG is coming out with a newer phone that does 720x480 30p videos and 8MP stills.

Talk about SECRET...

Paulo,

you seem to be our cell phone expert here on the forum.

I just heard something that I don't want to believe - maybe you know: someone stated that our cell phones continue to work after you turn them off (unless you remove the battery). This is how, supposedly, some gangsters got caught some place in South America, I forgot the country; police recorded their conversations while they thought their phones were off.

I don't think this is true. Maybe rigged phones, but not regular ones...

I'd settle for one that doesn't require me to do ballet positions out the window to get a signal.

Ervin,
I seem to remember a story like that, but it was an old-fashioned landline (remember when people had those?), not a cell phone.
